We build across two regions of British Columbia: the Lower Mainland, from Vancouver and Burnaby out through Surrey, Delta, Langley, and the Fraser Valley; and Vancouver Island, from Greater Victoria and Saanich north through Nanaimo and the Comox Valley. Residential and commercial work in both.

Two regions, one team

Working across the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island is unusual for a builder of our size, and it comes from how the business developed — residential construction on the Island alongside commercial and tenant-improvement work in Metro Vancouver. Each region has its own municipalities, permit processes, and trade networks, and we have worked in both long enough to know them.

That matters more than it sounds. Building regulations in British Columbia are set provincially but administered locally, so setbacks, secondary-suite rules, permit timelines, and inspection processes differ from one municipality to the next. A garden suite that is straightforward in Saanich follows different rules in Langford, and a tenant improvement in Surrey moves through a different process than the same job in Vancouver. Knowing which rules apply to your address is part of the work.

What we build where

Our residential work — custom new homes, garden suites, and whole-home renovations — is concentrated on Vancouver Island and through the southern Lower Mainland, and is delivered as a BC Housing Licensed Residential Builder with 2-5-10 warranty coverage on applicable new homes. Our commercial and tenant-improvement work — bank branches, clinics, med spas, restaurants, retail, and offices — runs primarily through Metro Vancouver, though we take commercial projects in either region.

Med spa and medical-aesthetics construction is the exception to the geography: through our partnership with Pro 1 Laser we deliver those buildouts nationally, in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario.
