These are full planning guides for build types where the requirements are genuinely specialised — pharmacy, dental office, and med spa buildouts, plus garden suite construction. Each covers what the space has to accommodate, what governs it, and the decisions that are expensive to change later.

Why we publish these

Most people commissioning a clinic, pharmacy, or garden suite are doing it once. They are experts in their own field and are being asked to make construction decisions — about servicing, layout, compliance, and sequencing — with no way to know which ones carry consequences. The costly mistakes are rarely dramatic; they are ordinary decisions made in the wrong order, and they surface months later when changing them means opening finished walls.

These guides exist to move that knowledge earlier. They are written from how these projects actually run, not as marketing material, and they are genuinely useful whether or not you build with us.

What each guide covers
